What is it? Health and Psychosocial Instruments is an online database with records covering measurement instruments for any medical or medically related condition or treatment outcome that clinicians must ask a patient about. HaPI includes references to unpublished information-gathering tools discussed in journal articles, such as questionnaires, interview schedules, tests, checklists, rating and other scales, coding schemes, and projective techniques. Most of the tools are in medical and nursing areas such pain measurement, quality of life assessment, and drug efficacy evaluation. Updated quarterly
