What is it? U.S. Congressional Serial Set is a full text collection of reports, documents, and journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. It also includes access to the American State Papers, 1789-1838, which preceded and then overlapped for a bit with the Serial Set.
Why use it? U.S. government annual reports, treaties, presidential documents, legislative reports, etc.

Access: Available on networked computers on the MSU campus in Bozeman and via the proxy server. Unlimited users.
