What is it? Health and Psychosocial Instruments is an online database with records covering measurement instruments for any medical or medically related condition or treatment outcome that clinicians must ask a patient about. HaPI includes references to unpublished information-gathering tools discussed in journal articles, such as questionnaires, interview schedules, tests, checklists, rating and other scales, coding schemes, and projective techniques.
