In addition to meeting people who support expanding and maintaining information resources for MSU’s students faculty, Montana citizens, and the State’s business community, the benefits of supporting Friends of MSU Library include a biannual newsletter, invitations to Friends and MSU Library events, and knowing your support strengthens MSU Library.

Friends of MSU Library board of directors works to raise money and awareness for the library. Board members commit to three-year terms. The board meets regularly at its own discretion, approximately six times a year, and all board members are expected to attend the meetings. Board members are encouraged to attend library events and to become a contributing member of Friends of MSU Library. 

Friends of MSU Library Book Group
Have you read a good book lately—so good that you really have to talk about it? If you are interested in exploring book conversations in an informal social setting, the Friends of MSU Library Book Group may be perfect for you. Anyone can join—whether you are a Friend, faculty, student, staff, retiree, alum, man, woman, couple, or single—join us! Contribute to the ongoing development of a great book group.
