Advanced Web Searching

Moving beyond the basics, this hands-on workshop compares and contrasts the capabilities of the major search engines. Learn how to be a Google power user and when to try other search engines including AlltheWeb, AltaVista, Teoma, and others. This librarian-led session covers advanced strategies and techniques for more effective searching.
