Connie has been a reference librarian at Montana State University since January 2007.Her main areas of focus are on reference and instruction and she tries to explore new ways to deliver these services to students including office hours in her liaision department or building web-based tutorials. She is also liaison to the College of Business, Political Science, AgEcon and Government Documents.

Prior to working at MSU, she was a law librarian and Ross-Blakley Law Library at Arizona State Universityfor 5 years and was the library director of a small public library in Cave Creek, Arizona. She received her MLS from Kent State University in 2000 and her M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2004.
