What is it? Engineering Village is an information discovery platform that includes access to:

  • Compendex: bibliographic database of scientific and technical engineering research, covering all engineering disciplines.
  • Inspec: contains records across physics, electrical engineering and electronics, computers and control, mechanical and production engineering, information technology and more.
  • Knovel: engineering and science handbooks in full-text: properties, formulas, and equations (unlimited number of concurrent users allowed).
Included databases can be crossed-searched or searched individually via the Engineering Village interface.

Coverage: Varies by Publication

Access: Available on networked computers on the MSU campus in Bozeman and via the proxy server. Maximum of two simultaneous users.
