What is it? U.S. Congressional Serial Set is a full text collection of reports, documents, and journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. It also includes access to the American State Papers, 1789-1838, which preceded and then overlapped for a bit with the Serial Set. Updates will continue sporadically until the complete period (up to 1980) has been digitized and is made available.
Why use it? U.S. government annual reports, treaties, presidential documents, legislative reports, etc.
Coverage: 1789-1969
Access: Available on networked computers on the MSU campus in Bozeman and via the proxy server. Unlimited users.
