Phase One Timeline
- Book Inventory: March 11 to May 17
- Inventory conducted by Backstage Library Works team (BSLW)
- Updating Library item information in Primo & Alma
- Book Move Preparation: May 9 to May 24
- Library Staff and BSLW tagging serial items on 2nd/ 3rd Floors
- Book Move: May 20 to July 31
- BSLW will box items to move to new Library Annex
- BSLW will shift remaining items from 2nd/4th Floor Stacks to 3rd Floor Stacks & Basement compact shelving
- Library Annex Located at Nopper 910:
- New offsite annex for library Items
- Install Compact Shelving: April 28 – July 8
- Library Lighting:
- Lighting will be updated througout the library. Details are being determined and will be posted here when available.
- Testing Center Expansion & Renovation: May 20 to July 31
- Expansion of the testing center area
- Library 2nd / 4th Floor Renovation: June 17 – August 16
- Removing stacks on 2nd / 4th Floors
- Paint & install new carpeting
- Install more patron work stations / study areas
- Implement Researcher Services space
- Library Staff Room 134 Renovation: June 24 to September 17
- Expansion and renovate librarian faculty, cataloging, ILL, and DLI staff areas
