Place a Hold on a Book
Patrons may request a hold only when the item is currently checked out to another patron. Library staff will not retrieve items for pick-up if they are available on the shelf. Contact the Circulation desk if you are unable to find an on-shelf item.
Hold requests can be made in person, by phone, or online by clicking on the "Place Hold" link in the item's record in the library catalog.
All items are subject to recall after 3 weeks from the date of checkout, if requested by another patron.
